I just talked to Brenden on the phone........then Kelsey talked to him for a couple minutes, she went in afterwards and sat under a blanket and cried! She is having such a hard time with this.
Josh got on the phone after I was done talking to Brenden, he said "hello" i said "hey" he said "can I talk to Kelsey" I said "that will be fine, but can we talk first" he said "we have nothing to talk about" I said "this needs to end it has gone far enough and this isn't right, Brenden needs to see Kelsey and me and we need to see him, this has gone on too long and we need to come to an agreement" he said "that it needed to go through the court, that the judge made his decision" i told him that the judge made his decision based on lies and that we needed to end this because it wasn't right for either of the kids he went on on to say that we were going to do this through the court and asked to talk to Kelsey again, I pleaded with him to come to an agreement with me and he said he gave me my chance and that his hands were tied, I told him that Kelsey needed to see her brother and he said it wasn't going to happen, told me that if i wasn't going to let him talk to Kelsey that he was going to hang up, I asked again and again if we could stop this and just agree for the kids sake, he said that I could no longer talk to Brenden on the phone unless I went through the lawyers and hung up.
I wasn't going to put Kelsey on the phone so that she could ask Josh if she could see her little brother and have him turn her down too and come up with some excuse why she couldn't, she is hurting enough and doesn't need that. |
